How it works
Select the services on the job - photos, twilight, video walkthrough, drone, floor plan - and the property type. The generator builds a checklist across the day-before prep, the gear to pack, the on-arrival walkthrough, the interior and exterior shot list, and the wrap-up and backup step. Select drone and the checklist adds no-fly-zone checks and an aerial shot list. Select twilight and it adds a reminder that light moves fast once the sun starts going down. Select land instead of house and it skips the interior section entirely.
Check items off as you go, print it or save it as a PDF before you leave the studio, or have it emailed to you so it is sitting in your inbox on the way to the job.
Why we built it
Opsicom is built for real estate media companies, and a shoot day checklist is a real problem for that audience whether or not anyone ever signs up for the platform. If it saves a studio from missing the twilight window or forgetting to check for no-fly restrictions before a drone job, it has done its job.
