It includes up to 10 new projects a month (a booking or a project), 5 GB of storage, the booking page and scheduling, projects and workflow, client delivery, quotes, invoicing and card payments, social publishing up to 10 posts a month, and Opsy for up to 10 questions a month plus unlimited help on how to use Opsicom. Clients, editors and collaborators join free and do not count as the person.

On a paid plan, you pay US$25 per month for each person on your team - anyone who works in your business, whether they're on the calendar or coordinating collaborators who never touch Opsicom directly. There's no ceiling - the price scales exactly with your team, however big you get.
No. Clients can book, collaborate and receive their work, and project collaborators can view what they need and upload their deliverables, without becoming a paid person on your plan. You only pay for the people running your business day to day. A client would only ever pay us for something with independent value of its own, like long-term archive storage for files you are no longer holding.
The Free plan includes 5 GB. Paid plans include 100 GB per person, so a team of ten has 1 TB. Need more without adding people? Extra storage is a flat rate per TB, added any time from your billing page.
Opsy is the AI assistant built into Opsicom - it answers questions about your schedule, clients and business, and helps with day-to-day tasks. On the Free plan, Opsy answers up to 10 questions a month, plus unlimited help on how to use Opsicom. On a paid plan, each person includes 200 Opsy interactions a month, and the balance is shown in Billing. If you use them all, Opsy pauses until your next renewal or a $9 top-up for another 100. Only AI features use interactions - projects, scheduling, client portals, booking and invoicing never do.
Yes - annual billing saves you 2 months, applied per person. Use the billing toggle on the pricing page to see annual rates in your currency. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
