Core features like job management, scheduling, client portals and invoicing don't cost credits. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and you can top up any time.

Do I pay per user?

No. All plans include unlimited team members at no extra cost. Photographers, editors, coordinators, admin - invite your whole team without worrying about seat counts.

What happens if I run out of credits?

You can top up instantly with a credit pack. Three sizes available - 100, 500, or 1,000 credits - with better per-credit rates on larger packs. Credits roll over month to month and never expire. Core platform features remain available regardless of credit balance.

What if I need more than 1 TB of storage?

You can add storage directly from your billing page - no plan upgrade needed. Add-on packs are available in 100 GB, 500 GB, and 1 TB blocks and stack on top of your plan's included storage.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes - annual billing saves you 2 months. Use the billing toggle on the pricing page to see annual rates in your currency. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.

Does Opsicom work in my country?
