COMMON QUESTIONS

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You get full access to Opsicom for 14 days. No credit card required. When the trial ends there is a 7-day grace period, and after that a subscription is required to keep using the workspace. Your data is kept either way - nothing is deleted because a trial ran out.

How does pricing work?

You pay $39 AUD per month for each person on your team - anyone who works in your business, whether they're on the calendar or coordinating suppliers who never touch Opsicom directly. There's no ceiling - the price scales exactly with your team, however big you get.

Do I pay for clients and collaborators too?

No. Clients can book, collaborate and receive their work, and project collaborators can view what they need and upload their deliverables, without becoming a paid person on your plan. You only pay for the people running your business day to day. A client would only ever pay us for something with independent value of its own, like long-term archive storage for files you are no longer holding.

How much storage do I get?

100GB per person, included automatically - a 10-person team gets 1TB without buying anything. If you need more without adding headcount, extra storage is a flat rate per TB, added anytime from your billing page.

What is Opsy AI and is it metered?

Opsy is the AI assistant built into Opsicom - it answers questions about your schedule, clients and business, and helps with day-to-day tasks. Each person includes 200 Opsy interactions a month, and the balance is shown in Billing. If you use them all, Opsy pauses until your next renewal or a $9 top-up for another 100. Only AI features use interactions - projects, scheduling, client portals, booking and invoicing never do.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes - annual billing saves you 2 months, applied per person. Use the billing toggle on the pricing page to see annual rates in your currency. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.

Does Opsicom work in my country?

Opsicom is built for Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, the US, Canada, South Africa, Singapore, Hong Kong and the UAE. Currency, timezone and tax compliance is built in for all ten markets. Prices display in your local currency and adjust at checkout.

Can I migrate from another tool?

Yes. Our team helps you migrate from Studio Ninja, HoneyBook, Dubsado, Aryeo, Tonomo, spreadsheets or any other tool.

What does Enterprise include?

Enterprise is for large or complex teams: fully white-labelled (no Opsicom branding on your booking page or client portal), SSO, migration help, and a dedicated success manager. Pricing is custom - talk to us to scope it out.

Can I add or remove people later?

Yes - at any time. Adding someone to your plan takes effect immediately. Removing someone takes effect at the next billing date.
