Each service gets its own board, with columns you name and reorder and rules that move cards for you. Cards carry the status, owner, deadline and priority, with checklists and custom fields set up per board.
Supplier workflow

Orders go to outside editors and suppliers with the files, the brief and the due date, and they work in a portal of their own. They upload and submit the finished files for review, and fixes go back as the next round on the same order.
Files, galleries & delivery
The project is the folder.
Uploads land against the project, and folders, tags and search keep the library findable as it grows. Galleries deliver the sizes the client needs, video plays in the browser, and downloads of any size stream straight from the gallery.
Proofing & client approvals

Review files right where they are: tick what is right, flag what needs another pass and add a note on the photo. Request changes sends the flagged files back as the next round, and clients approve their selects in the portal.
