What's new in Opsicom.

Share Opsicom with another business

The Share Opsicom page sends your invite link to another business. On a computer, Invite by email sends it from Opsicom in your name, with replies going to your own address, and a QR code opens the page on your phone. On the phone, Send to a friend opens the phone's share sheet with your message and link, and Copy link copies it.

The Invited list shows each invite as Sent, Opened, Signed up or Subscribed, with Resend after 24 hours and how many invites you have left. The business you invite gets a month free, and so do you when they subscribe. Share Opsicom is in the person menu and is the last step of the Business setup list, and the Opsicom badge on delivered galleries and the booking page carries your link.

Invoice completed work, with your own invoice numbers

Send invoices is now Invoice completed work. When finished work is not invoiced yet, the Invoices page says so under its title, with the count and the amount, and the button sits beside it. On the run, What happens next offers Save as draft or Approve. Under Approve, Add to Xero approves the invoice in Xero, and Email to client sends the PDF and pay link from Opsicom and marks it Sent. Group by adds Per project beside Per client and Per booking, and Preview shows the first invoice the run will make, as the client sees it, before anything is saved.

Invoice numbers run in order from one counter per workspace: set the prefix (INV- to start, up to 8 characters) and the next number in Business > Payments. A draft has no number and reads Draft. It takes the next number when it is approved, whichever way that happens, and Xero gets the same number. Existing invoices keep their numbers.

Short pay links, and the card payment fee can go to the client

Invoices print Pay online as one short address, such as app.opsicom.com/pay/K7M2PQ4X, which works as a link and is easy to type. Every emailed and copied pay link uses the short form, and older links keep working.

Workspaces in Australia and New Zealand can pass the card payment fee to the client in Business > Payments > Card payment fee: We absorb the fee or Client pays the fee, with a percent and fixed amount that start at Stripe's domestic rate. The pay page then shows the invoice total, the card payment fee and the total to pay before Pay by card, for invoice, booking and gallery payments. The invoice is marked paid for its own total, and the invoice, PDF, email and receipt name the fee. The pay page also has a cleaner layout.

Opsy plans around the weather

Opsy can read next week's schedule, or any dates up to 31 days apart, with each booking's people and whether it includes drone work. It can also read a day-by-day forecast up to 14 days ahead: chance of rain, wind, gusts, sunrise and sunset, and the calm daylight hours that suit drone work. Ask it to find a better day for a drone shoot and it answers with real days and numbers for the shoot's location.

A New button on the Calendar, and time blocked without a project

The Calendar toolbar has a New button for New project, Add to a project and Block out time. On the phone the plus offers the same three. Clicking or tapping an empty slot still opens New project straight away. Block out time takes a title, date, start and end, the person (admins can pick anyone) and an optional weekly repeat for 12 weeks, and the block counts as busy on the Calendar and the booking page.

When a new project's location already has a project, the form says so in one line, with that project's date and a link to it. In the Calendar's booking form the link adds the booking to that project instead. The form's own button still makes a new project. In client search, Book without a client books with no client record.

Replace files with new versions, and a size slider on delivered galleries

Replace in a file's menu and in the viewer uploads a new version of that file, on desktop and phone. Replace files on the selection toolbar takes several at once and matches them to the open folder's files by name, listing anything that matched nothing. A replaced file shows v2, v3 and so on. When a replaced file is on a share link that was emailed, a Tell the client switch (off to start) emails the recipients that files were updated, on the same link as before. Replace needs the Manage assets permission.

Delivered galleries have the Library's tile size slider on desktop, remembered for each visitor. Downloads offer Web JPEG only when a photo is among the files: video, audio and documents download as the original straight away.

Workflow cards: archive, member notifications, dates and delivery

Archive card in a card's menu takes the card off the board, and Board settings > General lists archived cards with Restore. Card members get a notification, and a push on the phone, when they are added to a card and when it moves column, is archived or restored. Moves within 10 minutes collapse into one.

Start, Due and date fields use the same date picker as the rest of Opsicom, and text fields grow to six lines. Start date, Due date and Priority can each be switched off per board in Board settings > Card. A card linked to a project shows the project's first shoot as its Start until you pick a date. Delivery follows the card's service: a video card shows the video delivery, with the version and editing round when there is an order, and a photo card shows the gallery. A project's timeline shows its cards' moves, archive and restore.

Opsicom 1.0.1 for iPhone and Android

Version 1.0.1 of the Opsicom app is on the App Store and Google Play. After Sign in with Apple or Google it no longer asks for your name and email again, signing out on one device no longer signs you out on the others, and it includes the Share Opsicom page.

Signing up in a phone's browser now ends on Get the app, with the store badge for that phone, or Continue on the web.

Library: Trash by project, sorting, and several projects at once

A Library tile is the project's library entry. Move to Trash sends the entry and its files to the Trash and leaves the project unchanged in Projects. The Trash keeps each project's files together on one tile, with Restore project and Delete permanently, and search works inside it.

Files in a project sort by filename by default, with a Sort menu beside the grid and list buttons: Filename, Newest and Oldest, where Newest and Oldest use the date the photo was taken. On the Library's opening page, tick several project tiles to move them to the Vault or the Trash in one go, on desktop and phone. Moving several to the Trash asks first.

Editing: pick the cover, attach files to a change request, see the client

Set as cover in a file's menu on an editing order picks the image that becomes the gallery cover and the Library tile when you deliver, and the Deliver step shows it with Change. Files come back in filename order. The Editing list has a Client column, sortable and searchable.

Request changes can carry files: Attach a file takes PDF, JPG, PNG or HEIC up to 25 MB each, for the whole round or for one file, such as a marked-up plan. The editor sees them with the round on the order.

Quotes: text sits anywhere

Text items on a quote now sit wherever you put them, under a heading or between priced lines, and Move up and Move down work across every line, heading and text item. The quote page and PDF show text where it was placed. Text at the end of a quote still prints after the totals, so quotes already sent look the same.

Projects: one row per project, and the client can be changed

The Projects list shows one row per project, not one per shoot: client, number of shoots, the next booked time, status and files, with Requests, Unscheduled, Scheduled, Completed and All tabs. A project with more than one shoot lists them on its page. The project page's Client line offers Add client or Change, and the choice saves straight away across the project's bookings and open requests.

An email address belongs to one client in a workspace: adding it to a second client stops with a line naming the client that has it and a button to use that client instead. A person can still be a contact at more than one client: the contact form says where they already are and offers Add here too.

Photo editors can sign up on their own

Signing up now offers a choice for editors: I'm a photo editor or production partner. A business name, your name and your country make an editor workspace, which opens on Orders.

Until the first real order arrives, Orders shows Get your first order in three steps: share your link (Copy, Copy a signature line, or download the QR code), make an order, and invite a customer. A sample order from Sample Customer with four photos is there to try. Send back marks it done and sends nothing, and it goes when the first real order arrives. Customers opens on an Add a customer block: By email, Your link or QR code.

Editors deliver to customers who are not on Opsicom

On an order an editor made, Deliver emails the customer one gallery link, open for 30 days, marked Delivered by the editor. The files sit in the editor's own storage. Deliver again adds new files to the same link. The order reads Delivered, Opened, Downloaded, Kept, Expired or Closed, and Close and Delete sit in the order's menu.

A customer who chooses to keep the files sets up their own workspace, connected to the editor, with the files in their Library.

Editing rounds: flag, request changes, fix, approve

Flag the files that need work, add a note on the photo, and Request changes for 3 files sends them to the editor at once as the next round, notes included. The button changes in place: until something is flagged it is grey and reads Flag the files that need work first. A Rounds rail on the order replaces Move it along, and Close and Reopen sit in the page menu.

The editor sees What to fix, uploads each fixed photo (matched by name) and sends the round back. A fix replaces its file in place as a new version and reads Fixed in round 2 until you approve it. On the last fix the button reads Approve and finish order. Nothing reaches the client until Deliver to client, which updates the gallery link they already have instead of sending a new one.

Calendar sync: only the calendars you choose, and unanswered invitations stay free

A new Google or Outlook connection ticks only your main calendar, and unticking a calendar clears its busy blocks straight away. The Calendars tab says whose each calendar is. Invitations you have not answered, or answered tentatively or declined, no longer block your lane, and copies of Opsicom's own bookings in your calendar are recognised instead of showing twice.

A Setup menu, a Business page, and a first-run list

Quotes and Invoices join the top of the menu after Social. Configure is now Setup, holding the pages you set up once (Business, Team, Clients, Services, Work Areas, Billing, Accounting and the rest); it stays open until your workspace finishes setup, then folds away. Settings is now called Business.

A new workspace opens Business on Set up your workspace: one numbered step per tab, Done, next to move on and Finish setup at the end. The dashboard's setup card starts with Your business details and opens the same list. A field that depends on something not set up yet says Needs setup, why, and offers the fix in place, and the person who creates a workspace is bookable from the start.

Pay by bank transfer alongside card

The pay page offers Pay by bank transfer with your bank details as entered, the amount, and the invoice number as the reference, each with one-tap copy. It sits under Pay by card when you take cards, or stands alone when you do not. Quote deposits follow the same rule, and an invoice marked paid reads paid on its pay page.

A Free plan

Opsicom has a Free plan for one person: up to 10 new projects a month and 5 GB of storage, with booking, scheduling, projects, client delivery, invoicing and payments included. Files are never deleted to make room. At the ceiling your own uploads stop until you free space, and Free up space in Library lists the largest files first. Files sent back by editors and clients still land, within a small extra allowance.

Team members, Xero, imports and your own logo, watermark and colours are on paid plans, and Opsy and social posting have monthly allowances on Free. New workspaces start on Free with no trial. When a Free workspace reaches a limit, a plain line says so at that point.

Quotes

Quotes sits above Invoices. Build a quote from your services, lump sums and text from your library, with optional extras, choose-one groups, a discount, a deposit and a valid-until date, and send it. The client opens it without an account, asks questions, and accepts with their name or declines with a reason. Accepting turns a prospect into a client, creates the project and makes the deposit invoice with a Pay deposit button; Create invoice from quote takes the deposit off the final invoice. Follow-ups, a reminder before expiry, Extend, templates and Accept on behalf sit in the quote's menu, and Quotes has its own team permission.

Since 15 October a draft quote can become a price list: nothing adds up, the client sees Accept these prices, and accepting makes them a client without a project or deposit. Any quote can carry heading lines, a Price list group shows prices for reference without counting them in the total, and a quote made only of choices reads From and the lowest price until the client picks. Include terms leaves the workspace terms off a single quote.

Join your team's workspace, and keep one account across several emails

Signing up now offers I'm joining my team's workspace. Type the business name and Opsicom finds the workspace, sends the request to its admins, and emails you once you are in. If an invite is already waiting for your address it joins you straight away. Invites to a client or agency now connect to the workspace that already exists instead of making a second one, and joining a workspace is always a deliberate step: nobody is added to a workspace they did not ask for.

One person can hold several email addresses. Under Profile, Sign-in emails and methods lists them; add another address with a code and anything sent to either address, an invite, a shared gallery, a join request, reaches the same account. A first Sign in with Apple or Google in the app that matches nobody asks whether you have used Opsicom with another email before anything is created.

A lighter calendar header, and the dialogs around it

The calendar's controls sit on one quiet toolbar: Today, the arrows, the month, and the view as a word. Filters is a word that opens a panel, and the filters you set read back as muted words on the row with a clear for each group. Search expands from a glyph. Weekends and Unscheduled are compact switches, folded into View on a narrow window. The day line is larger with the team's avatars under each day, and today is the one pink circle. The grid itself is untouched.

The rail's request cards now show the name, location and time, the Projects to schedule cards match them, and the Move this project, Delete visit, Manual schedule and Scheduled work dialogs share the house style.

Social for client workspaces, and Facebook and Instagram tracked on their own

A client workspace can connect its Facebook Page and Instagram account, write and schedule posts freely, and publish three posts free for the life of the workspace, with captions drafted for free during that window. After the three, publishing needs a subscription; posts already written are kept and marked On hold. When nothing is connected yet, the composer's destination slot is a plain Connect Facebook and Instagram button.

Each post now records its Facebook and Instagram results separately, so a post that went out on one and not the other says Facebook published, Instagram failed, with a Retry Instagram that resends only the missing channel, and View on Instagram opens the live post. Videos are prepared as a proper MP4 before they go to Meta, with Getting the video ready shown while that happens. The Posts list runs full width with a thumbnail of the main image or video, Today and Tomorrow instead of dates, and a List or Grid view.

Open to every country

Sign-up lists every country, with the ten Opsicom markets first. The workspace country sets the currency, the date and number formats, the time zone list, the distance unit (miles in the US and UK, kilometres elsewhere), and the tax question: Are you registered for GST or VAT? with the right label on invoices and the booking page. Address lookups favour your own country. Online payments through Stripe are offered wherever Stripe supports them.

Today's light, the weather, and a new client home

The dashboard opens with the day's light: sunrise and sunset, golden hour centred, and the weather for every hour between them (every second hour on the phone). Previous day and Next day page through the week ahead. Shoots sit on the arc as dots at their start times, the next one pulsing pink, and tapping a dot scrolls to it.

Client workspaces have a home of their own: the same light strip, Next up and This week, Files to review, Invoices to pay, Requests, Your projects and Your providers. A Providers page lists the businesses that work for you, Active and Archived, with a record for each. Signing in lands you in your default workspace; choose Make default in the workspace switcher to set it.

PDFs and documents in galleries

A PDF in a delivery shows its first page as the tile, opens in the viewer (Open PDF on the phone), and downloads from the same place as a photo, including in Download all. Word files, drawings and archives show as document tiles. When a gallery has downloads switched off, documents stay hidden until you switch them on.

Primary contact, per-client pricing, and adding a client mid-form

Every client has one primary contact. Make primary sits on each contact's row, removing the primary asks who takes over, and the last contact cannot be removed. Invoices and Xero use whoever is primary at the time. Each client can carry a discount percentage, applied after the client's own prices when a project is created or a package is added.

A client who does not exist yet can be added without leaving the booking or invoice you are in: + Add client opens the same short form everywhere.

Booking page: full descriptions, a phone number when you need it, and book again

Services on the public booking page show their full descriptions, two lines with a quiet More. A Require a phone number setting makes the phone field mandatory. The client's confirmation email carries a Book again link that pre-fills their details next time, the Request sent page is centred under your logo, and travel fees set on your work areas are now added to public requests.

Editing orders: tidy the files, see what came back

Files can be removed from an order before and after sending, and files a supplier uploads that are not part of the order are held rather than mixed in. An order needs at least one file to send, the supplier field starts empty so you choose, and the list says plainly when work has been uploaded but not sent back: 43 of 88 uploaded, not sent back. The Editing list groups orders under their project with Sent, Files and Received columns, and your suppliers appear in Messages when you start a new conversation.

The supplier's side was restyled to match: the work list, the order page and the statuses read the same way for the editor as they do for you.

Invoices on the phone, and a cleaner list

New invoice is on the phone, without needing a booking first. The invoices list opens without Void and Cancelled invoices (the filter still shows them), drafts can be deleted, and numbered or sent invoices never are. The list and the New invoice form follow the house style.

Forms say what is missing, and the app updates itself

When a form's button is not ready, a quiet line under it names the first thing that is missing, instead of a greyed button and no reason. And when a new version of Opsicom is out, a bar lets you know and the app reloads at a safe moment rather than mid-task.

Clients only see the folders you share with them

A client with a login now sees a project's files only when the folder they sit in is shared with them. Folders you make yourself are shared, as before. The folders an editing order creates, Raw and Edited, start hidden, and the Edited folder is shared on its own the moment you approve the round or release a file. Raw files never reach a client unless you open the folder's menu in the Library and choose Share with client.

This applies at the database, not just on the page, so it covers downloads and thumbnails as well as the client's project view.

Upload your own version of a file, and review returned work on the phone

When an editor's file needs a small tweak you make yourself, choose Upload new version on the file, in the Library or in the review grid. Your file becomes V2 of the same file: same name, same place, same link to the editing order and the client delivery. The earlier version sits underneath with who sent it and when, and you can switch back to it. Client galleries and downloads always take the current version.

Reviewing returned work on the phone works properly now. Pinch or double-tap to zoom, drag to pan, swipe between files, and turning the phone sideways keeps the file open. Marks stay pinned to the picture while zoomed. On the desktop the review grid reads left to right, and a slider next to the grid and list buttons sets the thumbnail size.

Send raw files to a supplier from the order itself

New order has a drop area, so raw files go straight to the supplier without a trip through the Library first. The files land in a folder named for the order, which you can rename before sending. The order appears at once as Sending files with a count, and the supplier is emailed only when the last file has arrived, with the file count and size in the email. A failed file or a closed laptop leaves a Retry that sends only what is missing.

The Editing list updates on its own, reads Downloaded once the supplier has pulled the raws, and each row has a menu with Copy link (the same link the email carries, for editors who cannot receive email), Cancel, Close and Delete. The project page names the supplier and where the work is up to, and lists when they opened the order and downloaded the files.

One invoice document: on screen, as a PDF, in the email

The invoice page now shows the invoice as a proper A4 page, and it is the same document everywhere: the PDF from the invoice page, the PDF from the invoices list, and the one attached to the email. Long invoices run across as many pages as they need with the headings repeated, and invoices that charge tax are titled Tax invoice in the countries that expect it.

Emailed invoices now carry a Download PDF link, so a client whose mail system strips attachments still has a way to get the invoice. Your bank details print in the email with the invoice number as the payment reference, and replies go to your business email instead of a shared sending address. An invoice you have emailed stays Sent: updates from Xero no longer turn it back into Approved, and posting an invoice to Xero no longer marks it Sent.

Send large files from inside the app

Send is a page of its own: add up to five recipients, drop your files, add a title and a note if you want one, and send. Recipients get a gallery link that lasts 30 days and downloads the originals. No account needed to start - a code sent to your email is enough, and the files sit in your own space afterwards.

Anyone can keep a gallery: an email, a code, one tick

When someone opens a gallery you delivered, they can keep it. They enter an email, type the code we send, tick once, and the files are copied into a personal space of their own with its own Files, Storage and Account pages. Nothing changes on your side: your project, your files and your storage are untouched.

This works for anyone with the link, not only the people the gallery was addressed to, unless the gallery is password protected.

Supplier flow hardened after the first real jobs

Partial deliveries: Send back tops up a round with only what is missing, and uploads stay open while a round is in review. Re-uploads keep their review state and skip duplicate names. Client review drafts survive a closed tab.

Bulk download links now live 24 hours, so a slow connection can finish a multi-gigabyte raw set, and raw sets up to 15 GB download as a single zip. Due times show in your business's timezone, by name. Suppliers who sign in without their invite link land in their workspace anyway.

Library: folders inside folders, square thumbnails, one control row

Folders now nest, so a project can hold Raw and Edited, a client can hold their own collections, and a rename anywhere carries through to every card. Thumbnails are square throughout the Library, the list and the send sheet, the grid uses the full width, and covers update in place.

The controls above the Library sit in a single row, and Save to my storage is an ink control in that row rather than a card of its own.

Send edits to the client for review, with markup and approval

Once you have approved an editing round, Send to client puts it in front of them. They review on the same surface you do: approve files one at a time or all at once, draw on a frame to mark a change, and leave a note. Their verdicts show on your review grid as they happen.

When every file is approved by the client the job is delivered. A note during review sends it back for changes. Clients see a badge on Projects while something is waiting on them, and on Messages when a thread is unread.

Suppliers get teams: roles, assigned orders, customers and preferred editors

A supplier's workspace now has a Team page. Owners set roles, decide who can see which orders, and assign incoming work to a person; assigned work follows an accepted invite. Availability is admin-only.

Suppliers also get a Customers list: the businesses that send them work, each with a preferred editor and style notes that pre-fill the next order. A supplier can invite a customer directly.

Services rebuilt: categories, who performs what, bookable by default

Every service belongs to a category, and each person on your team ticks the categories they perform. Scheduling reads those ticks, so a photographer only sees the lanes they can fill and a slot booking schedules every service in it. New services are bookable by default; hide the ones that should not be.

The service and package editors are plain now: description and availability at the top, one field style, sample data labelled and removable in a click.

Clients can keep what you deliver: archive storage and full-access seats

A client can keep any delivery past its expiry by adding Archive storage to their own account, billed per terabyte. Nothing is charged to you and nothing changes in your workspace.

Clients who want more than a portal can add paid seats to their account and switch on Full access, which gives them the same Opsicom their agency uses, on their own files.

Review editing rounds in place

When an editor submits work, you now review it right where the files sit: tick what is right, flag what needs another pass, and comment on individual files - the conversation lands in your editor's portal as it happens. Batch select works across the set, and clicking a file opens it full size with keyboard review: arrow keys move, A approves, F flags.

One click bundles the flagged files and your notes into the next round with nothing retyped, and approving now releases the finished files for client delivery.

Instagram and Facebook connections are open to every account

Opsicom's Meta app has passed review and is published, so social publishing is now open to everyone: connect your Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts and publish from the social calendar.

Feed posts, Reels, Stories and carousels all publish natively, with media attached straight from the project it came from.

The dashboard reads like a morning briefing

The dashboard has been rebuilt around one question: what does today look like? It leads with your schedule and the things that need attention, and each block opens a detail card in place instead of bouncing you to another page.

The client home follows the same pattern, so clients land on a plain summary of where their work stands.

Settings reorganised, booking forms sharpened

Settings is now seven focused tabs instead of one long scroll, so billing, team, services and integrations each have a clear home.

Booking forms got a finishing pass across the client form, the public page and the embed: your organisation's accent colour throughout, and your terms shown where clients actually book.

Sign in with a passkey

You can now add passkeys to your account and sign in with Face ID, Touch ID or your device PIN instead of typing a code. Set one up any time from the Security tab in account settings, alongside magic codes and magic links.

Outlook sync and calendar feeds

Connect your Outlook calendar and its busy times flow into your Opsicom availability, so a meeting in Outlook stops a booking landing on top of it.

Your Opsicom schedule is also available as a private calendar feed, so it can sit inside Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook alongside everything else you do.

Granular booking permissions

Owners and admins now decide exactly who can change the schedule. Staff can be granted permission to manage all bookings, just their own, or none - and the rules are enforced on the server across every scheduling action, not just hidden in the interface.

Double-booking protection and cleaner cancellations

The calendar now refuses a booking that overlaps an existing one for the same person, enforced at the database level so it cannot slip through - with an explicit override for admins who mean it.

Recurring work improved too: a single visit can be cancelled without touching the rest of its series, and times are stamped in your organisation's timezone everywhere they appear.

Video delivery, end to end

Video now plays in the browser everywhere it appears: client galleries, the asset library and public delivery links. Nobody downloads a 2 GB file just to review it.

Downloads of any size stream at full quality straight from the gallery and start instantly. Mixed deliveries zip the photos and stream the videos. And upload links accept large camera files, with uploads that resume if the connection drops.

A portal for your suppliers

Assign editing work to outside suppliers and it runs through a portal of their own: they claim the job, upload finished files and submit for review, without needing access to your whole account.

You review what they send back, request changes if it's not right, and nothing reaches the client until you approve it.

Recipients can keep their files

Anyone who receives a delivery can now claim it into a free personal space of their own, so the files have a permanent home on their side too: no expiring link, no chasing a re-send months later.

Invoices can be paid by card

Clients can pay an invoice online by card, straight from the invoice, and the payment records against it automatically. Card payments are processed by Stripe.

Public booking pages

Your booking page now lives at book.opsicom.com with your own name in the address, running your real services, pricing and availability - a page you can send to anyone, or put on a business card.

There's also an embeddable widget, so the same booking flow can live on your own website.

Opsy answers from your actual account

Opsy can now answer questions about your own operation: bookings, projects, invoices, clients and files, pulled live from your account rather than answered in general terms.

It also works overnight, surfacing things worth knowing before you thought to ask.

Social posts: composer, calendar and client approval

Social posts are written in a composer with caption suggestions and scheduled on a social calendar, which also shows published posts on the day they went out. Each social workspace keeps a history of its posts.

A post can be sent to the client for approval, and the client approves or declines it from their own portal.

Invoices go out by email with a PDF, and carry across to Xero

Send invoices builds invoices from completed work for a period you choose, grouped by client, with an invoice date. Each invoice has its own page and a PDF, and is emailed to the client from Opsicom.

Xero connects under Settings > Integrations, with your services mapped to Xero accounts, so invoices can be sent to Xero from the Invoices page. Stripe accounts connect from the same tab, and an invoice can include a payment link.

A portal for your clients

Clients sign in to a portal of their own, with a home page, their projects, their invoices and delivered files, and messages with your team.

From the portal a client can request a booking and add their own team members.

Google Calendar busy times on the Calendar

Each person can connect their Google Calendar from their profile. Their Google events show on the Opsicom Calendar as busy time, refreshed automatically, and picking a slot that clashes with one gives a warning.

Google events also appear in the Calendar's list view, beside the Opsicom bookings.

Each project has its own page

A project's page brings its work together: locations with address search, the crew, service planning, contacts and a link to the project's files. New project starts with the project itself, a name and a location, and services are added after.

Briefs and upload links sit on the project too. A client fills in the brief and uploads files through the link, and the files land in the project's folder.

Meet Opsy

Opsy is an assistant built into Opsicom, opened from the top bar or a floating button. Ask how to do something and it answers from Opsicom's help, with links to the right page. You can type or dictate.

Opsy also gives a short briefing on what needs attention, with a count on its button, and its answers follow your role in the workspace.

Team invites, working hours and Work Areas

Invite team members by email from the Team page, set each person's permissions and working hours, and resend an invite or deactivate a member when needed.

Work Areas marks the zones you cover on a map, and which team members cover each one.

A file library for every project, and galleries to deliver from

Upload files straight into a project, with a progress drawer for large batches, and organise them in folders with a cover image.

Select files and share them as a gallery link for the client, which can be password protected. The client views the files in the browser, with no account needed.

Schedule work by dragging it onto the Calendar

Work waiting to be booked sits in the Calendar's sidebar. Drag it onto the Calendar, or pick a slot, to schedule it, and unschedule it to send it back to the sidebar.

A project with several services adds each one to the sidebar, so each can be booked at its own time.

Sign-in and workspaces move to Opsicom's own platform

Accounts, sign-in and workspaces now run on Opsicom's own platform instead of the one it was first built on. A new account sets up its workspace on first sign-in, and team memberships and permissions carry across.

The rest of Opsicom moves across over the following weeks, one area at a time.

Finished files can be delivered to clients through a gallery link, where they view and download them.

Clients get their own sign-in to see their projects and request new bookings.

Work is organised into projects, each made up of the services booked for it. A services list holds what you offer, and each client keeps their contact details and locations.
