Review editing rounds in place
When an editor submits work, you now review it right where the files sit: tick what is right, flag what needs another pass, and comment on individual files - the conversation lands in your editor's portal as it happens. Batch select works across the set, and clicking a file opens it full size with keyboard review: arrow keys move, A approves, F flags.
One click bundles the flagged files and your notes into the next round with nothing retyped, and approving now releases the finished files for client delivery.
Instagram and Facebook connections are open to every account
Opsicom's Meta app has passed review and is published, so social publishing is now open to everyone: connect your Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts and publish from the social calendar.
Feed posts, Reels, Stories and carousels all publish natively, with media attached straight from the project it came from.
The dashboard reads like a morning briefing
The dashboard has been rebuilt around one question: what does today look like? It leads with your schedule and the things that need attention, and each block opens a detail card in place instead of bouncing you to another page.
The client home follows the same pattern, so clients land on a plain summary of where their work stands.
Settings reorganised, booking forms sharpened
Settings is now seven focused tabs instead of one long scroll, so billing, team, services and integrations each have a clear home.
Booking forms got a finishing pass across the client form, the public page and the embed: your organisation's accent colour throughout, and your terms shown where clients actually book.
Sign in with a passkey
You can now add passkeys to your account and sign in with Face ID, Touch ID or your device PIN instead of typing a code. Set one up any time from the Security tab in account settings, alongside magic codes and magic links.
Outlook sync and calendar feeds
Connect your Outlook calendar and its busy times flow into your Opsicom availability, so a meeting in Outlook stops a booking landing on top of it.
Your Opsicom schedule is also available as a private calendar feed, so it can sit inside Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook alongside everything else you do.
Granular booking permissions
Owners and admins now decide exactly who can change the schedule. Staff can be granted permission to manage all bookings, just their own, or none - and the rules are enforced on the server across every scheduling action, not just hidden in the interface.
Double-booking protection and cleaner cancellations
The calendar now refuses a booking that overlaps an existing one for the same person, enforced at the database level so it cannot slip through - with an explicit override for admins who mean it.
Recurring work improved too: a single visit can be cancelled without touching the rest of its series, and times are stamped in your organisation's timezone everywhere they appear.
Video delivery, end to end
Video now plays in the browser everywhere it appears: client galleries, the asset library and public delivery links. Nobody downloads a 2 GB file just to review it.
Downloads stream at full quality and start instantly at any size. Mixed deliveries zip the photos and stream the videos. And upload links accept large camera files, with uploads that resume if the connection drops.
A portal for your suppliers
Assign editing work to outside suppliers and it runs through a portal of their own: they claim the job, upload finished files and submit for review, without needing access to your whole account.
You review what they send back, request changes if it's not right, and nothing reaches the client until you approve it.
Recipients can keep their files
Anyone who receives a delivery can now claim it into a free personal space of their own, so the files have a permanent home on their side too: no expiring link, no chasing a re-send months later.
Invoices can be paid by card
Clients can pay an invoice online by card, straight from the invoice, and the payment records against it automatically. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
Public booking pages
Your booking page now lives at book.opsicom.com with your own name in the address, running your real services, pricing and availability - a page you can send to anyone, or put on a business card.
There's also an embeddable widget, so the same booking flow can live on your own website.
Opsy answers from your actual account
Opsy can now answer questions about your own operation: bookings, projects, invoices, clients and files, pulled live from your account rather than answered in general terms.
It also works overnight, surfacing things worth knowing before you thought to ask.
