What is Opsicom?

Opsicom is software for running a media business: bookings, crew scheduling, production jobs, client delivery, asset storage, social publishing, invoicing and an AI assistant in one system. It is made by Opsicom Holdings Pty Ltd, an Australian company, and is built for photography and video studios, real estate media companies, marketing and social media agencies, production companies and content creators.

What Opsicom does

  • Jobs carry the brief, services, crew, files and messages from request to payment.
  • Hosted booking page with real availability, embeddable on any website.
  • Client portal and galleries with video playback, streaming downloads and optional payment before download.
  • Instagram and Facebook publishing from delivered work.
  • Invoices from the job, payments through Stripe, sync to Xero.
  • Google Calendar and Outlook sync, and travel-aware crew scheduling.
  • Built for Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, the US, Canada, South Africa, Singapore, Hong Kong and the UAE.

Pricing

  • AUD 39 per person per month, or AUD 390 per person per year on annual billing (two months free). No ceiling and unlimited projects.
  • The pricing page shows local prices per person per month: NZD 45, GBP 19, USD 25, CAD 32, EUR 23, ZAR 439, SGD 35 and HKD 199.
  • Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with full access and no credit card. There is no permanent free plan for businesses.
  • Clients, suppliers and collaborators are invited at no extra cost. Each paid person includes 100 GB of storage and 200 Opsy AI interactions a month.
  • Enterprise is custom priced and adds full white-labelling, SSO, migration help and a dedicated success manager.

Limits

  • Workflow automation is status-triggered rather than a full automation-rules engine.
