What happens when I reach a Free plan limit?

On the Opsicom Free plan, nothing is deleted at a limit. The 11th new project you make waits for next month, while bookings from clients and quotes they accept still land.

What Opsicom does

  • At the project limit, New project says the month's projects are used and when more are available.
  • When storage is full, your own uploads stop, and Free up space lists projects by the space they use, largest first.
  • Files sent in by clients and editors still land for a while, so work underway can finish.
  • A social post past the month's posts is held and goes out by itself after the 1st.
  • When the month's Opsy questions are used, Opsy still answers how-to questions.
  • Upgrade on Billing lifts the limits straight away. Projects, files and history stay.

Pricing

  • Paid plan: AUD 39 per person per month, or AUD 390 per person per year on annual billing (two months free). No ceiling and unlimited projects.
  • The pricing page shows local prices per person per month: NZD 45, GBP 19, USD 25, CAD 32, EUR 23, ZAR 439, SGD 35 and HKD 199.
  • Free plan: one person, no card required. Up to 10 new projects a month (a booking or a project), 5 GB of storage, 10 social posts and 10 Opsy questions a month, plus unlimited help using Opsicom. Booking page, scheduling, workflow, client delivery, quotes, invoicing and card payments are included.
  • Paid adds more people, unlimited projects, 100 GB per person, Xero sync, your own logo, watermark and colours, unlimited posts and 200 Opsy interactions per person a month.
  • Clients, editors and collaborators join free and do not count as a person.
  • Enterprise is custom priced, with full white-labelling of client-facing pages, migration help and a dedicated contact.

Limits

  • A second person needs a paid plan.
