What counts as a project on the Opsicom Free plan?

On the Opsicom Free plan, every new project counts toward the month's 10, however it was made. A booking request counts once, when it arrives, an accepted quote counts but always lands, and sending a quote never counts.

What Opsicom does

  • New project, the booking form, the Calendar, Duplicate and a request turned into a project all count.
  • Several visits inside one project are one project.
  • The sample project never counts.
  • A cancelled project still counts for its month. A request declined or cancelled before it becomes a project gives its place back.
  • The count starts again on the 1st of each month, in the workspace's timezone.
  • Billing shows Projects this month, and a line beside New project shows the count as the limit gets close.

Pricing

  • Paid plan: AUD 39 per person per month, or AUD 390 per person per year on annual billing (two months free). No ceiling and unlimited projects.
  • The pricing page shows local prices per person per month: NZD 45, GBP 19, USD 25, CAD 32, EUR 23, ZAR 439, SGD 35 and HKD 199.
  • Free plan: one person, no card required. Up to 10 new projects a month (a booking or a project), 5 GB of storage, 10 social posts and 10 Opsy questions a month, plus unlimited help using Opsicom. Booking page, scheduling, workflow, client delivery, quotes, invoicing and card payments are included.
  • Paid adds more people, unlimited projects, 100 GB per person, Xero sync, your own logo, watermark and colours, unlimited posts and 200 Opsy interactions per person a month.
  • Clients, editors and collaborators join free and do not count as a person.
  • Enterprise is custom priced, with full white-labelling of client-facing pages, migration help and a dedicated contact.

Limits

  • Only the workspace's own new projects stop at the limit. Client bookings and accepted quotes always land.
