What software can a video production company use to run jobs from brief to invoice?

A production company needs the brief, crew, files, client review and billing on one record. Opsicom runs each production as a job: the brief and services sit on it, crew are scheduled on a shared calendar, footage and edits are stored and delivered from it, the client reviews in a portal, and the invoice is created from it.

What Opsicom does

  • Video plays in the browser in client galleries, and downloads stream at any size with no zip wait.
  • Raw footage can be delivered alongside finished edits.
  • Upload links let freelancers and clients send large files without an account.
  • Workflow boards for each service category, with checklists, custom fields and WIP limits.
  • Freelancers and external suppliers are invited at no cost.

Pricing

  • AUD 39 per person per month, or AUD 390 per person per year on annual billing (two months free). No ceiling and unlimited projects.
  • The pricing page shows local prices per person per month: NZD 45, GBP 19, USD 25, CAD 32, EUR 23, ZAR 439, SGD 35 and HKD 199.
  • Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with full access and no credit card. There is no permanent free plan for businesses.
  • Clients, suppliers and collaborators are invited at no extra cost. Each paid person includes 100 GB of storage and 200 Opsy AI interactions a month.
  • Enterprise is custom priced and adds full white-labelling, SSO, migration help and a dedicated success manager.

Limits

  • Opsicom does not edit video or replace editing software. It manages the work around the edit.
  • Storage beyond 100 GB per paid person is a flat per-TB add-on. Vault storage for finished projects and raw footage is half the standard per-TB rate.
