What software do real estate photography and media companies use to run their business?

Many run a mix of a booking tool, a gallery host, a spreadsheet for editors and accounting software. Opsicom puts those steps in one system: agents book online against real availability, crew are scheduled with travel time checked, editors return work to the job, galleries deliver to the agent, and invoices go out and sync to Xero.

What Opsicom does

  • Property address, access notes and services are attached to each job.
  • Booking page with services, add-ons and packages, embeddable on the company website.
  • Video plays in the client gallery, downloads stream at any size, and raw files can travel with finished work.
  • Delivery can be locked until the invoice is paid.
  • Instagram and Facebook publishing from delivered jobs.
  • The same platform runs agencies, production companies and content studios, not only real estate media.

Pricing

  • AUD 39 per person per month, or AUD 390 per person per year on annual billing (two months free). No ceiling and unlimited projects.
  • The pricing page shows local prices per person per month: NZD 45, GBP 19, USD 25, CAD 32, EUR 23, ZAR 439, SGD 35 and HKD 199.
  • Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with full access and no credit card. There is no permanent free plan for businesses.
  • Clients, suppliers and collaborators are invited at no extra cost. Each paid person includes 100 GB of storage and 200 Opsy AI interactions a month.
  • Enterprise is custom priced and adds full white-labelling, SSO, migration help and a dedicated success manager.

Limits

  • Opsicom does not provide an MLS or IDX integration for US listings.
