How do I send a photography quote a client can accept online?

Send the quote as a link the client accepts on the page, rather than a PDF they sign and return. In Opsicom you build the quote from your services or a lump sum, send it by link with the PDF attached, and the client accepts online with a tick and their typed name.

What Opsicom does

  • Quotes are built from your own services and packages at the client's prices, or from lump sums, with headings between lines.
  • Optional items, choose-one packages, an overall discount and tax as set for the workspace.
  • The client can accept, decline with a reason, or ask a question on the quote page.
  • Opening the link marks the quote Viewed, and one reminder goes two days before it expires.
  • Accepting turns a prospect into a client and creates an unscheduled project with the quoted services ready to schedule.

Pricing

  • Paid plan: AUD 39 per person per month, or AUD 390 per person per year on annual billing (two months free). No ceiling and unlimited projects.
  • The pricing page shows local prices per person per month: NZD 45, GBP 19, USD 25, CAD 32, EUR 23, ZAR 439, SGD 35 and HKD 199.
  • Free plan: one person, no card required. Up to 10 new projects a month (a booking or a project), 5 GB of storage, 10 social posts and 10 Opsy questions a month, plus unlimited help using Opsicom. Booking page, scheduling, workflow, client delivery, quotes, invoicing and card payments are included.
  • Paid adds more people, unlimited projects, 100 GB per person, Xero sync, your own logo, watermark and colours, unlimited posts and 200 Opsy interactions per person a month.
  • Clients, editors and collaborators join free and do not count as a person.
  • Enterprise is custom priced, with full white-labelling of client-facing pages, migration help and a dedicated contact.

Limits

  • Quotes are not sent to Xero. The invoices made from them are.
