How do I manage external editors and retouchers who work on my shoots?

Give the editing its own step on the job, so files go out and come back to the same record. In Opsicom you assign work to external editors, retouchers and other suppliers. They receive the brief and files in their own workspace, upload the finished work back to the same job, and the project page shows where their part is up to.

What Opsicom does

  • Suppliers are invited at no cost and do not count as paid people.
  • The project page shows when the supplier opened the order and downloaded the files.
  • Upload links accept raw files such as CR3, ARW, NEF and DNG at full size, with no account needed.
  • Workflow boards for each service category show what is shooting, editing and in review.
  • Clients, crew and suppliers can talk in the same thread on the job, each seeing only what they are meant to.

Pricing

  • AUD 39 per person per month, or AUD 390 per person per year on annual billing (two months free). No ceiling and unlimited projects.
  • The pricing page shows local prices per person per month: NZD 45, GBP 19, USD 25, CAD 32, EUR 23, ZAR 439, SGD 35 and HKD 199.
  • Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with full access and no credit card. There is no permanent free plan for businesses.
  • Clients, suppliers and collaborators are invited at no extra cost. Each paid person includes 100 GB of storage and 200 Opsy AI interactions a month.
  • Enterprise is custom priced and adds full white-labelling, SSO, migration help and a dedicated success manager.

Limits

  • Opsicom is where you brief and track the suppliers you already use. It is not an editing marketplace and does not supply editors.
