How do I stop clients downloading photos until they have paid?

Use a delivery tool that ties the gallery to the invoice. In Opsicom you share the gallery with payment required: the client can preview the shoot, pays in one step through Stripe, and the downloads unlock as soon as the payment clears. The lock is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the page.

What Opsicom does

  • Three ways to collect: upfront at booking, on delivery, or on invoice terms.
  • Set a workspace default, then override it per client, so trusted clients keep their terms and slow payers pay first.
  • Stripe Checkout handles cards, Apple Pay and local payment methods. Receipts are emailed automatically.
  • Every payment marks the invoice paid, notifies the team and shows on the project.
  • An optional tip step can be added to delivery payments.

Pricing

  • AUD 39 per person per month, or AUD 390 per person per year on annual billing (two months free). No ceiling and unlimited projects.
  • The pricing page shows local prices per person per month: NZD 45, GBP 19, USD 25, CAD 32, EUR 23, ZAR 439, SGD 35 and HKD 199.
  • Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with full access and no credit card. There is no permanent free plan for businesses.
  • Clients, suppliers and collaborators are invited at no extra cost. Each paid person includes 100 GB of storage and 200 Opsy AI interactions a month.
  • Enterprise is custom priced and adds full white-labelling, SSO, migration help and a dedicated success manager.

Limits

  • Online payment collection runs through the business's own Stripe account, connected once in settings.
