What invoicing software works for photo and video studios and syncs with Xero?

Studios usually want invoices that come from the job rather than being retyped from a spreadsheet. Opsicom creates the invoice from the project in one click, with lines pre-filled from the services that were booked, sends it from Opsicom, takes payment online through Stripe and syncs invoices and payments to Xero.

What Opsicom does

  • Service rates, add-ons and client-specific rates price each job automatically.
  • A billing run lists finished work that has not been billed. Each item can be invoiced, held or marked never, grouped by client or by booking.
  • Paid, unpaid and overdue invoices are visible across every client.
  • Clients pay from a Pay button on each unpaid invoice in their portal.
  • Currency, timezone and tax settings cover Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, the US, Canada, South Africa, Singapore, Hong Kong and the UAE.

Pricing

  • AUD 39 per person per month, or AUD 390 per person per year on annual billing (two months free). No ceiling and unlimited projects.
  • The pricing page shows local prices per person per month: NZD 45, GBP 19, USD 25, CAD 32, EUR 23, ZAR 439, SGD 35 and HKD 199.
  • Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with full access and no credit card. There is no permanent free plan for businesses.
  • Clients, suppliers and collaborators are invited at no extra cost. Each paid person includes 100 GB of storage and 200 Opsy AI interactions a month.
  • Enterprise is custom priced and adds full white-labelling, SSO, migration help and a dedicated success manager.

Limits

  • Xero is the accounting integration. Online payments run through Stripe.
