Steps
- Open Library and choose the project.
- Drag files in, or browse. Video and large files upload in chunks and carry on from where they stopped if the connection drops.
- Use folders to keep things apart, for example Edited and Raw. New folders are shared with the client unless you choose "Hide from client".
- Select what to send and choose Share, or drop files with Upload & Share to set the sharing options first.
- Add recipients and choose the downloads: Original, Web JPEG, or both. Tick Apply watermark to put your watermark on previews and web downloads.
- Pick a hero image, then send it or copy the gallery link.
Good to know
- "Require payment to download" locks downloads until the invoice you pick is paid, then emails recipients that the gallery is ready.
- Video plays in the gallery, and clients download the exact file you uploaded.
- JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, HEIC, RAW, TIFF and PDF files get previews on their own.
- Delivered files stay available for the period set in Settings, Delivery. Permanent is the default.
What it does not do
- Folders cannot go inside other folders.
- BRAW and R3D video store fine but have no preview in the app.
- Sets with video, or over about 500 MB, download file by file or into a chosen folder, not as one zip.
