Steps
- Give your services a price on the Services page, and set working hours for each person on the Team page. The times on your booking page come from those working hours.
- Open Settings and choose the Booking page tab.
- Turn the booking page on. Your link is shown in the same tab.
- Decide whether visitors see prices with "Show prices to visitors". It starts off.
- Open the Booking tab and choose how requests arrive: manual review, suggested slots or automated booking.
- Share the link in your email signature or social bio, download the QR code for print, or copy the embed code into a custom HTML block on your website.
Each submission lands in Projects as a booking request, and anyone who manages bookings gets a bell.
Good to know
- Visitors enter a location, pick services, add-ons or packages, choose a time, then leave their name and email.
- Times come from bookable team members who can do the chosen services, their working hours, existing bookings and buffers.
- Work areas are optional. Without any, every bookable team member counts and the times are still real.
- The embed works on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Showit, Webflow and hand-built sites, and resizes itself.
- "Require a phone number" in the same tab makes the phone field required.
What it does not do
- Your own logo and accent colour on the page, and removing the "Powered by Opsicom" badge, are Enterprise only.
- Discounts set on a client's Pricing tab do not apply on the public booking page.
