How do I send fixed photos back to my studio?

When a customer asks for changes, the order opens a new round with only the photos to fix.

Steps

  1. Open Orders and click the order. It reads "To fix, round 2".
  2. Read the "What to fix · round 2" list. Each photo shows the customer's note, and marked-up photos open with the marks drawn on top.
  3. Click "Upload fixed photo" next to a file, or drop all the fixed files on the drop area.
  4. Keep the same file names. Same names replace the old ones as a new version. Case, .jpg or .jpeg, and endings like -Edit or (1) are ignored.
  5. Each one reads "Fixed, v2", and the bar counts how many are done.
  6. When every photo is fixed, click "Send N back", which names your customer.

The customer gets a notification straight away, and the order reads "Sent back, round 2".

Good to know

  • Earlier versions are kept. Version 1 is never deleted.
  • Files whose names match another order on the same project are held back with a question before they upload.
  • You can remove a file you uploaded until the customer approves it.
  • The gallery link your customer shared stays the same when the fixes reach their client.

What it does not do

  • Notes from your customer's own clients reach you only if your customer sends them on.
