If you already use Opsicom, a gallery someone shares with you shows up in your own Library, so you do not need to keep the email. 1. Open the email or the notification about the gallery. Its button opens the right place in Opsicom. 2. Or open Library and choose Shared with you. 3. Open the gallery to view and download the files. 4. To keep your own copy, open the gallery link while signed in and click "Add to my library". It copies the files into your workspace's storage and opens your Library. 5. If your workspace is the client on that project, the gallery opens on the project in your Library instead. Sharing never changes who owns the project. The business that shared it still owns it and can still see the gallery. Shared with you lists galleries that allow original downloads, have no watermark and have nothing owed. Files added with Add to my library count toward your own storage. Without an Opsicom account, the gallery opens in the browser as usual. A shared gallery never moves the project into your workspace.
