Fixes from a later round are held back from your client until you deliver them, so the client only sees finished photos. 1. Open Editing and click the order. 2. Approve the last fixes. On the last one, Approve reads "Approve and finish order". 3. Click "Deliver finals to client". It opens the Share sheet on the order's Edited folder. 4. Check the recipients and the download options, then send it, or copy its link. 5. The order is marked Delivered, and the Rounds rail adds the delivery. On a later round, Deliver finals to client keeps the same gallery link. The fixed photos replace the old ones there and on the client's project page, new files join it, and the people it was emailed to get it again. A new link is made only when there is none or it has expired. Until you deliver finals, the client's project page and share link keep the old version. "Send to client for approval" asks the client to approve the files on their project page first. It does not deliver anything. Send to client for approval is not offered on a later round. The client downloads the exact file the editor uploaded. Clients approve files in their portal, not on the gallery link. Client notes reach the editor only if you send them on.
