Steps
- Open Orders and click "New order".
- Type the customer's email and business name. Typing only ever matches your own customers.
- Add a title, What to do and a deadline. Choose "I already have the files", or "Upload the originals now" to keep the originals with the order.
- Upload the finished photos on the order, under Your uploads.
- Click "Deliver". Opsicom makes one gallery link with every finished file and emails it to the customer from your name.
- Follow the order's status on Orders: Delivered, Opened, Downloaded, Kept or Expired.
To add or fix files after delivering, upload them on the order and click Deliver again. The customer gets the same link with the same end date.
Good to know
- The gallery link and the files stay for 30 days from the first Deliver.
- The gallery has downloads on, no watermark and no password, and says Delivered by your business.
- Copy gallery link gives you the link to send another way.
- Kept means the customer kept the files in their own Opsicom workspace. The files are then theirs.
- Files on these orders count against your own storage.
What it does not do
- Editors cannot invoice from Opsicom yet.
- Delete order closes the gallery at once.
