Steps
- Open Services from the sidebar.
- Open a sample service to rename and price it, or click "New" to add your own.
- Set the name, description, duration and price. The description shows under the name on the booking page, and the duration is how long the visit takes on the Calendar.
- Set the status to Active and choose whether clients can book it.
- Add extras, such as a twilight shoot, in the Add-ons section, and bundles at a combined price in Packages.
- Drag items to change their order.
The Dashboard setup card marks this step done once every active service has a price.
Good to know
- "Where it happens" is On location or In post. In-post work is sold and invoiced but never becomes a calendar visit.
- "Requires quantity" gives per-unit pricing, such as per image or per room, with a stepper at booking.
- An add-on with "Needs its own visit" on books as its own visit. Off, it joins the visit of the service it was sold with.
- Each client can have their own prices and a percentage discount on their Pricing tab in Clients.
- Archive a service from the row menu. Archived items are hidden, with a toggle to show them.
What it does not do
- Client booking only offers times when someone who can perform the service is available. Who can perform it is set on the Team page or with "Who can perform this".
- Client discounts do not apply to travel fees, lines typed by hand, or the public booking page.
