What Opsicom does
- 100 GB of storage per paid person, pooled across the workspace. Extra storage is a flat rate per TB, added any time from the billing page.
- Vault storage for finished projects and raw footage is half the standard per-TB rate, and downloads from it stay instant.
- Opsy AI interactions are the only metered item. Bookings, invoices, galleries, deliveries and social posts never use them.
- After the trial there is a 7-day grace period, then a subscription is required. Data is kept either way.
- People added to a plan count immediately. People removed come off at the next billing date.
Pricing
- AUD 39 per person per month, or AUD 390 per person per year on annual billing (two months free). No ceiling and unlimited projects.
- The pricing page shows local prices per person per month: NZD 45, GBP 19, USD 25, CAD 32, EUR 23, ZAR 439, SGD 35 and HKD 199.
- Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with full access and no credit card. There is no permanent free plan for businesses.
- Clients, suppliers and collaborators are invited at no extra cost. Each paid person includes 100 GB of storage and 200 Opsy AI interactions a month.
- Enterprise is custom priced and adds full white-labelling, SSO, migration help and a dedicated success manager.
Limits
- When a person's 200 monthly Opsy AI interactions run out, Opsy pauses until the next renewal or a $9 top-up for another 100. Everything else keeps working.
