How do I schedule a photography crew so travel time between shoots is accounted for?

Use a scheduler that calculates drive time from real routes and checks it before a booking is placed. Opsicom does this on its crew calendar and on its public booking page, so a shoot cannot be booked into a gap the photographer cannot physically reach in time.
