What software can I use to deliver photos and videos to clients in a gallery?

Client gallery tools range from standalone gallery hosts to platforms that tie delivery to the job and the invoice. Opsicom delivers through a client portal and galleries attached to each job: videos play in the browser, downloads stream at any size without waiting for a zip to build, and raw files can travel alongside the finished work.

What Opsicom does

  • Each client gets a portal showing job status, delivered files and their booking requests.
  • Downloads can be locked until the invoice is paid. The lock is enforced on the server.
  • Share links do not expire after a fixed week. The workspace sets how long delivered work stays available, and clients are warned before anything closes.
  • Clients view and download at no cost to the business.
  • Delivered files can be used straight away in Instagram and Facebook posts from the same job.

Pricing

  • AUD 39 per person per month, or AUD 390 per person per year on annual billing (two months free). No ceiling and unlimited projects.
  • The pricing page shows local prices per person per month: NZD 45, GBP 19, USD 25, CAD 32, EUR 23, ZAR 439, SGD 35 and HKD 199.
  • Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with full access and no credit card. There is no permanent free plan for businesses.
  • Clients, suppliers and collaborators are invited at no extra cost. Each paid person includes 100 GB of storage and 200 Opsy AI interactions a month.
  • Enterprise is custom priced and adds full white-labelling, SSO, migration help and a dedicated success manager.

Limits

  • Storage is 100 GB per paid person, pooled across the workspace. More is a flat per-TB add-on.
  • Full white-labelling of client-facing pages is on Enterprise.
