Does my client need an account to accept a quote?

No. An Opsicom quote opens from a link without signing in. The client can read it, download the PDF, ask a question, decline with a reason, or accept by ticking the box and typing their name.

What Opsicom does

  • A new prospect only needs a name and an email address on the quote.
  • If the workspace has terms, the client ticks them too before accepting.
  • Accepting turns the prospect into a client on the same record. Nobody is matched by email domain.
  • The client gets a confirmation email, and the sender gets a notification and an email.
  • A client who wants every quote in one place can sign in with the quote's email and see them under My quotes.

Pricing
