How do I add a booking page with real availability to my photography website?

Use a booking tool that works out availability from your actual schedule and gives you an embed snippet. In Opsicom you switch on the booking page, paste one snippet into your website, and clients book against open slots calculated from your team's calendars, skills, work areas and travel time. No developer is needed.

What Opsicom does

  • The embed works on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Showit and hand-built sites, and resizes itself as the client moves through the steps.
  • The same page is hosted at book.opsicom.com/your-business for email signatures, social bios and QR codes.
  • Clients choose services, add-ons or packages, give the shoot location, then pick a time.
  • Several services roll into one visit. Separate-visit services, such as twilight shoots, get their own slot.
  • Each booking becomes a job with the services, location and client attached.

Pricing

  • AUD 39 per person per month, or AUD 390 per person per year on annual billing (two months free). No ceiling and unlimited projects.
  • The pricing page shows local prices per person per month: NZD 45, GBP 19, USD 25, CAD 32, EUR 23, ZAR 439, SGD 35 and HKD 199.
  • Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with full access and no credit card. There is no permanent free plan for businesses.
  • Clients, suppliers and collaborators are invited at no extra cost. Each paid person includes 100 GB of storage and 200 Opsy AI interactions a month.
  • Enterprise is custom priced and adds full white-labelling, SSO, migration help and a dedicated success manager.

Limits

  • Opsicom branding shows on the page unless the workspace is on Enterprise.
  • Availability is only as accurate as the calendars behind it. Google Calendar and Outlook (Microsoft 365) sync both ways.
