Common questions
What does the Outlook Calendar integration sync?
It's two-way, the same mechanism as Google Calendar: existing Outlook events show as busy time in Opsicom so bookings can't overlap them, and confirmed bookings publish out as Outlook calendar events.
Does this work with Microsoft 365?
Yes - the integration is built for Microsoft 365 teams. Each crew member connects their own calendar individually.
